Undereye Erase is our signature, multi-modality approach to one of the most stubborn and delicate concerns in aesthetics: under-eye crepiness, fine lines, and dullness. Rather than relying on a single technology, we layer four complementary treatments — growth factors, fractional non-ablative laser, ablative laser, and RF microneedling — each addressing a different part of what makes under-eye skin age the way it does, all calibrated conservatively for this uniquely thin, sensitive area.

Why the Under-Eye Area Needs a Different Approach

The skin under the eyes is among the thinnest on the entire body, with less structural support than skin elsewhere on the face. That combination of thinness and constant movement is exactly why crepiness and fine lines tend to show up here earlier and more visibly than anywhere else — and why treating this area effectively calls for a more layered, more conservative approach than a single, one-size-fits-all treatment can offer.

The Four Components of Undereye Erase

Growth factors. We begin with growth factor therapy, delivering the signaling proteins your skin uses to trigger its own repair and collagen-building processes, giving the rest of the treatment a head start.

Fractional non-ablative laser. This layer heats the deeper skin without disrupting the surface, stimulating gradual collagen remodeling with essentially no downtime, and forms the safe, low-risk foundation of the protocol.

Ablative laser, used conservatively. At carefully reduced settings appropriate for this delicate area, a light ablative pass adds more direct textural renewal than non-ablative technology can achieve on its own, without the extended downtime associated with full-strength ablative resurfacing elsewhere on the face.

RF microneedling. Finally, radiofrequency microneedling combines the collagen-inducing effect of microneedling with radiofrequency energy delivered at a precise depth, supporting both smoother texture and genuine skin tightening in the treated area.

Why We Combine All Four

Each of these four components does something slightly different: growth factors prime the tissue, non-ablative laser builds a safe foundation, conservative ablative energy adds textural renewal, and RF microneedling drives tightening. Used together, in the right sequence and at the right settings, they address crepiness, fine lines, and tone more completely than any single technology could achieve alone — without exposing this sensitive area to the risk that comes with using any one of them aggressively on its own.

What to Expect

Consultation. We assess your specific under-eye concerns — crepiness, fine lines, tone, and any volume component — to confirm Undereye Erase is the right fit, and to determine whether it should be paired with volume restoration like PRF or conservative filler.

Treatment. All four components are typically delivered in a single, carefully sequenced session, using topical numbing to keep the area comfortable throughout.

Recovery. Because settings are calibrated conservatively for this area, most patients see mild redness or light swelling for a few days, with some patients experiencing brief, light peeling from the ablative component.

Results. Initial smoothing is often visible within the first couple of weeks, with continued, more significant tightening and textural improvement building over the following two to three months as collagen remodeling progresses.
