Consultation Fees

Any consultation fee you pay is credited in full toward a treatment booked that day or products purchased that day.

Deposits and No-Shows

A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied to the cost of your treatment. You can cancel or reschedule at no charge with 48 hours or more notice. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment, and missed appointments, are charged a late cancellation / no-show fee equal to your deposit. This fee is non-refundable and, by booking, you agree not to dispute it with your card issuer. At our discretion we may waive the fee or hold it as a credit toward your next visit.
